SHIPPING
I aim to have all orders packaged and dispatched within 3 business days of receiving your order. While this timeframe is met in the vast majority of cases, as I operate from a rural location, there may occasionally be unforeseen delays beyond my control, such as severe weather, road closures, flooding, or family illness. Please be assured that every effort will be made to dispatch your order as promptly as possible. Once your parcel has been lodged with Australia Post, delivery timeframes are subject to their handling and service schedules.

CHRISTMAS DELIVERY
Please ensure you place your Christmas order before Wednesday 9th of December 2026, this may seem early, but this gives your order the best chance of arriving in time for Christmas.
INTERNATIONAL ORDERS
We do not currently ship to international countries/addresses.
RETURNS
I take great care to ensure all products are packaged securely and dispatched promptly. However, once an order has been handed over to the freight carrier, I cannot guarantee its handling during transit. For this reason, refunds or replacements cannot be provided for items damaged during shipping.
If you would prefer to select your products in person, a range of items are also available at The Western Den, Rylstone NSW.
If you believe your product is faulty, please contact me within 14 days of receiving your order with clear photographs of the issue and a copy of your proof of purchase so the matter can be assessed.
Please note the following return conditions:
